Lexstruct Advisory is an independent construction consultancy based in Greater Manchester, working across the North West of England. We combine practical construction experience, planning coordination, drawing capability, contract knowledge and disciplined project documentation.
We support residential homeowners, businesses and commercial developers, community and faith organisations, and contractors and project teams. Some clients come to us before a project starts — for a survey, drawings or an honest options appraisal. Others arrive when a project has drifted, and need the position mapped and the records put in order.
Either way, the approach is the same: accurate information, clear options, and a documented trail behind every decision.
